Operating conditions
I.
Each client is required to familiarize themselves with the Yoga Movement Prague Studio Rules. By purchasing a single entry, course, workshop, credit, or membership, they confirm that they have read the Rules and agree to fully respect and comply with them.
II.
Each client is required to identify themselves upon entry with the name under which the purchased package, membership, or workshop is registered in the system, or to purchase a single lesson. The current price list for services is available on the website. A duly paid admission fee entitles the client to enter the yoga studio premises and use its facilities or services. The purchased package, membership, workshop, or single entry is name-specific and therefore valid for one person only and is non-transferable.
III.
Studio Yoga Movement Prague is open according to the current opening hours, which are listed on the website www.yogamovement.cz in the Contacts section.
IV.
Participation in yoga classes can be booked using the booking system located on the Yoga Movement website or via the Yoga Movement mobile app. Online reservations are only possible after purchasing a valid ticket. Yoga classes are led by qualified instructors. If any event occurs that prevents the provision of the services offered, the Operator is entitled to cancel the planned classes and announce this on the website or on social networks.

CANCELLATION OF LESSONS, COURSES, WORKSHOPS
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation fee for an open lesson
If the client does not arrive on time for a reserved open lesson, or if the lesson is not canceled in advance in the online reservation system, the studio will charge 100% of the lesson price.
A reserved open lesson can be canceled 6 hours before it starts in the reservation system or by emailing the reception desk. If the client does not show up for the lesson, the entire lesson will be charged. If the lesson has not been paid for, the amount for the lesson will be required on the next visit.
Fee for canceling/rescheduling a private lesson
0% of the lesson price — if the lesson is canceled/rescheduled more than 24 hours before it starts.
100% of the lesson price — if the lesson is canceled/rescheduled less than 24 hours before it starts, or if you don't show up.
Cancellation fee for educational events (workshops, YM Experience, and other educational programs)
0% of the event price – reservation canceled more than 14 days before the start of the planned event
50% of the event price – reservation canceled less than 14 days before the start of the planned event
100% of the event price – reservation canceled less than 7 days before the start of the planned event.
VI.
Lockers are available to clients in a designated separate changing room. Clients must empty their lockers when leaving the changing room. Clients are responsible for their keys and lockers during their visit to the studio. A fee of CZK 100 will be charged for lost keys or damaged locks. The operator bears no responsibility for valuables stored in the locker (personal documents, keys, valuables, jewelry, money, payment cards, laptops, and others). In the event of theft or loss of personal belongings, the client is obliged to immediately inform the reception staff and contact the Czech Police. Additional reports of theft or loss will not be taken into account.
VII.
Each client is required to follow the instructions of the staff. Entry to the studio is permitted only without shoes. The entrance area of the studio is designated for storing shoes. When participating in sports activities in the studio, clients must not endanger their own health or the health of other clients. Furthermore, it is prohibited to contaminate the premises in any way.
VIII.
Clients use all of the Operator's facilities and equipment at their own risk. Clients may also contact studio staff or instructors if they have any questions regarding the equipment.
IX.
Each client is fully responsible for their own health. Yoga Movement Prague studio bears no responsibility for the health of its clients.
Each client is also required to follow the instructor's instructions regarding exercises and equipment. Otherwise, the Operator shall not be liable for any accidents or injuries. Any injury must be reported immediately to the reception staff or any instructor present. During sports activities, clients must not endanger their own health or the health of other participants.
A basic first aid kit is available at the studio reception.
X.
After the lesson, each client must clean up the borrowed equipment.
XI.
Clients are required to comply with relevant fire safety regulations, treat the Operator's property responsibly, and maintain order on the Institute's premises.
The following is prohibited in the yoga studio:
•smoke
•consume alcoholic beverages or other intoxicating or psychotropic substances
XII.
Clients are liable for damages caused by violating the Operating Rules, for loss or damage to the Operator's property, in full, even if the damage was caused unintentionally.
XIII.

When reporting to emergency telephone numbers, please state:
• What exactly happened – this information is necessary to assess what kind of assistance to send
• The exact location of the reported incident – this information is necessary to find the location of the incident quickly and easily.
• Information about those affected – gender, approximate age, number of people affected
• Caller information – name and phone number for callback
After ending the call, wait for a return call, during which the operator/dispatcher will verify the accuracy of the reported message.
Try to remain calm and answer questions objectively; arguments with the operator/dispatcher can cause significant delays before the emergency services arrive.
To specify the location of the event:
In an apartment, workplace, or other enclosed space, provide: the address and house numbers (both numbers are important—red and blue), the floor, and the name of the apartment owner, how to find the house (especially in housing estates).
On public roads or in open spaces, provide: a brief and concise description of the location of the incident, e.g., a typical building nearby, a park, an intersection, the last village, a turn-off, a highway milestone, the correct highway number, etc.
