Yoga through the senses & Music bath

Two hours of deep care that will offer you refuge from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and bring you closer to yourself, to inner peace, and to a deeper awareness of your own body and mind.
On a normal day, we rely on our eyesight more than we realize. We are constantly observing, evaluating, and reacting. However, these two hours will be different.
Most of the time, your eyes will be covered by a mask or scarf, allowing your other senses to deepen and come to the fore.
When our gaze recedes for a moment, our attention naturally turns inward and our perception sharpens. We become more sensitive to our breath, movement, body, and even the slightest sensation or detail that we would otherwise miss. And that is precisely where we will go together.
In the first part, we will use slow, conscious yoga to tune into our own rhythm and prepare the body for deeper relaxation. We will work on stability, breathing, gentle stretching, and conscious movement, which will gradually bring us to a calmer, more relaxed state. From there, we will smoothly transition to the second half of the session, where we will regenerate the body and mind through the sounds of therapeutic musical instruments during a musical bath.
Why a music bath?
Sound waves pass through the human body down to the cellular level and, through this resonance, harmonize the body and restore it to a state of balance. This literally results in a sound massage of the body, which helps relieve stress and anxiety, improves concentration and creativity, removes tension and blockages, stimulates the skin, organs, and bones, and much more.
