It is a way to learn asanas correctly and avoid making fundamental mistakes that can harm our body. Rotations, abdominal asanas, and inverted positions will be gradually incorporated into the lessons. We will alternate dynamic sequences with holding positions, relaxation, and pranayama. After a few weeks of regular practice, you will feel the difference yourself. Your body and mind will calm down and relax.
All systems in the body gradually harmonize, leaving you full of energy and vitality. Iyengar yoga is one of the world's leading styles of yoga based on the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar. The method emphasizes precision and alignment of the body and gradual inward work.
Teachers of this method have a deep practical and therapeutic understanding and know how to apply it as needed to various asana positions. Thanks to this ability, they can create meaningful and effective sequences that bring specific mental and physical benefits. The teacher training and certification process is known for its rigor and demanding nature. This ensures that all certified teachers have a high standard not only in understanding asana technique, but also in teaching experience. This detailed and structured system of yoga teaching can be applied to the individual needs of all age groups and body types.
