Yoga Basics Course III


About the event
The Yoga Basics Course Vol. III builds on our previous courses, in which we focused on the main pillars of yoga practice. We will now build on these basics and go one step further—we will focus on deepening your asana technique, working with your breath, and building your own home practice that you can adapt to your daily rhythm, work, or family.
The course is also open to those who have not completed previous courses. However, it is not suitable for complete beginners—at least basic experience with yoga practice is required.
