Všimli jste si někdy, jak uklidňující může být obyčejný hluboký nádech na konci dlouhého dne? Pranayama je soubor jógových dechových cvičení, které dokáží uvolnit stres, zmírnit úzkosti, zlepšit spánek, připravit vaši mysl na meditaci, podpořit trávení nebo třeba ochladit tělo. Při pravidelném praktikování vám dokonce dokáží prodloužit život. Je to už v samotném názvu. Prana znamená životní síla a Yama znamená prodloužit nebo natáhnout. Jak funguje prana v lidském těle, co o dechových cvičeních říká nejmodernější věda a s čím vším vám pravidelné praktikování Pranayamy může pomoci? To a mnohem více se dozvíte během našeho Pranayama workshopu. Hlavně ale budeme dýchat. Společně projdeme od těch nejzákladnějších praktik až těm pokročilým a položíme základy vaší individuální pranayama praxi. Přijďte zklidnit svoji mysl a nabít tělo energií před nadcházejícím týdnem. Pranayama is a set of yoga breathing exercises that can relieve stress, reduce anxiety, improve sleep, prepare your mind for meditation, aid in digestion or even cool down your body. With regular practice, it can even extend your life. It’s in the name itself. Prana means life force and Yama means to extend or stretch. How does prana work in the human body, what does the latest science say about breathing exercises, and what can regular practice of Pranayama help you with? You will learn this and much more during our Pranayama workshop. But mostly, we will just breathe. Together we will go from the most basic practices to the advanced ones and thus lay the foundations of your individual pranayama practice. Join to calm your mind and energize your body before the week ahead.
