We have created a unique space where you can experience moments of peace, regeneration, and connection, not only with your baby, but also with other moms who, like you, are looking for a space to relax, recharge, and share their experiences, joys, and concerns that motherhood brings. Come and practice yoga and learn how to take care of yourself and your babies during this beautiful and sensitive period. You can look forward to a specially designed yoga class for expectant mothers or mothers with babies and a comprehensive lecture with a physiotherapist who will guide you through topics such as how the female body changes, how to care for your pelvic floor, and much more. There will also be a pop-up store with premium natural cosmetics, fashion, and designer pieces for all stages of our wonderful womanhood from Made for Moms and a beautiful collection of SISTERLY TRIBE clothing from Creammy. Pavla Ptáčková from the MINT Terapie clinic 10:45–11:45 Prenatal Yoga | Elena Kormanovská Prenatal Yoga As part of the Mums & Babies Day meeting, I would like to invite you to a special lesson for expectant mothers, where we will support the body and mind through yoga practice. During pregnancy, a woman's body is constantly changing. How we experience these changes affects our sense of satisfaction and well-being. This lesson is primarily dedicated to time for yourself and your body, where we will relax the back and lumbar spine through slower yoga practice. We will stimulate the lymphatic system and strengthen the back muscles, arms, and legs. There will also be breathing exercises that bring an inner sense of security and balance. They calm the mind and bring attention back to the body. At the end, we will relax and gently tune into the role of expectant mothers. Mums & Babies Yoga This moderate-intensity Pilates and yoga class focuses on toning the body, building strength, and improving stability to help you feel balanced and energized. The Fyzio Self Care Talk lectures will be led by Bc. Mgr. Pavla Ptáčková from the MINT Terapie clinic, a renowned provider of quality physiotherapy for children and adults. Physio Self Care Talk – For pregnant women and expectant mothers Pregnancy is a specific period in a woman's life that can bring many challenges. At least in terms of physical fitness and bodily changes in general! Hormones cause ligaments to loosen, changing the body's center of gravity, breathing patterns, and spinal curvature. It is in the context of these naturally occurring changes that we recommend appropriate physical activities and exercises. We explain how to work with posture, breathing, feet, and even sitting at work. All this is done to prevent, for example, abdominal muscle diastasis, joint and back pain, and other difficulties. Physio Self Care Talk – For women after childbirth Every pregnancy and birth story is unique, and every woman deserves care after giving birth. We will talk about what women often experience in terms of physical changes after childbirth, what is still normal, and what requires specific attention. The female body is incredible, and with the right care, you can feel stronger than ever after childbirth! We will talk about how to support the body's natural healing processes after childbirth, how to safely start exercising, how to care for scars, and how to tell if your pelvis is functioning properly after childbirth.
