Sunday Yin Spa


I cordially invite you to the first of two Jin Yoga Baths in March.
In this three-hour introductory lesson, we will thoroughly explore the entire body through our breath with a deep and perceptive gaze. We will then devote a large part of the lesson to Yin Yoga poses, which, through gently penetrating intensity through the fascia, can release stagnant energy in the body and help us induce harmony, this time with a focus on the gallbladder.
We hold yoga poses for longer periods of time, but we always proceed gently and with respect for how our bodies feel. On the day of the lesson, I recommend eating lighter meals, drinking plenty of fluids, and resting and relaxing after the lesson.
