About the event

Spicy movement. Conscious pace. Strength that makes sense.

Come and enjoy a two-hour Pilates lesson that will actively engage you, test you, and teach you to better understand how your body works. You can expect a conscious pace that combines concentration, strength, and fluidity—no autopilot, just real work with your body.

‍

The entire practice will flow from intensity to pleasant relaxation. We will work primarily with our own body weight, supplemented by resistance bands, dumbbells, and overballs, which will add another dimension to the exercises. You will leave feeling stronger, more stable, and pleasantly energized.

Pilates XXL Class is the perfect opportunity to delve deeper into movement, strength, and conscious body engagement. You will strengthen your muscles, improve your posture, and gain better control over your own movements. Two hours that will not only challenge you physically, but also give you a clearer perception of your body and its capabilities. You may find that you look at your movements in a completely different way.

This extended lesson is ideal for anyone who has the basics of Pilates and wants to:


—deepen your practice
—work on technique and functional strength
—experience intense but conscious movement as a whole

We will respect the main Pilates principles: breathing, a strong core, fluidity, precision, control, and concentration.
