About the event

Tento workshop je určený všem, kteří už jógu žijí – pravidelně praktikují a chtějí jít ještě hlouběji. Věnovat se detailům, zkoumat souvislosti mezi pozicemi a naučit se vnímat jemnější vrstvy jógové praxe.

Zaměříme se na plynulost přechodů, vědomou práci s dechem, stabilitu ve výzvách a techniku náročnějších pozic. Prostor bude i pro otázky, zkoušení a asistence – jemné vedení, které může posunout tvou praxi o úroveň výš.

Společně se naladíme na tělo, dech a vnitřní záměr. Prohloubíme schopnost naslouchat – sobě i vlastní praxi. Ukážu ti, jak se v ásanách cítit nejen silně, ale i svobodně.

Těším se na všechny. Namastíčko, uvidíme se na podložkách.
