Yoga & Essence: sankalpa ritual

Come together to bid farewell to the old year and enter the new one with ease and clarity.
This two-hour lesson combines flowing vinyasa, yin, aromas, and gentle rituals that invite inner transformation.
What to expect:
Purification ritual with white sage
We will open the lesson with a symbolic cleansing of the space. The scent and power of sage will help release what is ready to go—old tensions, heavy thoughts, exhausted patterns.
Flow to Yin
We will start with gentle but lively movements that will get your body moving and release any stagnation accumulated over the year. We will then smoothly transition into yin poses, where the pace slows down, your breath deepens, and your mind quiets.
Fragrances as support for inner harmony
Fragrances that help the body and mind settle into the present moment and open up space for new feelings and intentions.
Sankalpa ritual
Sankalpa does not arise from the head.
It appears only when the body calms down and the mind slows down.
Sankalpa appears more as a feeling than a sentence. And that is enough.
Vibrations of the crystal chalice
A sound that lets go of the old and welcomes the new year with an open heart.
The workshop is for anyone who wants to end the year consciously, calmly, with a feeling of lightness and gentle inner focus—without expectations, without pressure, without resolutions.
