Four elements editions — Air

When we organized yoga in the forest last year and everyone sat together at a table surrounded by nature, we came up with the idea of taking Yoga Movement Experience in a new direction. So here we go!

We have prepared four events for you, each of which will be unique. Their concept is linked to one element.

‍

Because we increasingly feel that the most natural thing for our bodies is to listen to the rhythm of the year, the rhythm of our bodies. We take each edition to a different place and connect it with a unique experience. So that the connection between all the events forms a whole life rhythm.

The first spring edition of Yoga Movement Experience 2026 is here!

‍

Itwill be special for us for two reasons. In March, our studio celebrates its birthday —and this will be the only edition that will take place at our studio. At the same time, we will launch the first of four elements—air. It symbolizes freedom, lightness, and playfulness. And this is exactly the spirit of our first Yoga Movement Experience.

We believe in the details that make up the whole. That's why this year we're combining the 4 Elements edition with the excellent ZE MĚ Projekt. Expect food that's not just a snack, but an experience that complements the flow of the entire event. We're very excited about this collaboration because we really enjoy this combination.

‍And remember, the early bird price of CZK 1,290 is valid until Sunday. From Monday, the full price will be CZK 1,490.

And what can you look forward to?

We have put together the entire program so that you can enjoy the experience from start to finish. Two lessons await you— Yoga Movement Celebration with Adél Porubská, which will include a joint ritual in the element of air with Adélka Javorka, and energetic Barre with Alžběta Wulkan.

Light refreshments and Air Inspired Drinks from Greenheads will be available between lessons . After the lessons, you can look forward to catering by ZE MĚ Projekt. And because we are celebrating our birthday, we have prepared a special surprise for you. Forget about classic goodie bags—together with our favorite partners Rituals, Goodie, Kinoko, Verra, Líčírna, Greenheads, and Oraculum, we have prepared something that will make you happy even after the event is over.
