Baci will guide you through a gentle yoga practice that will calm your mind, release tension, and warm you up during these cold days. To create a true sense of winter comfort, we will combine yoga with aromatherapy, which will enhance inner peace.

The scents we will use during the class will evoke a feeling of winter magic:

• Cinnamon: warms and releases tension.

• Orange and tangerine: a gentle citrus touch that will energize and delight you.

We will conclude the class with a ritual of healing sounds that will lead us inward and allow everything we open up within ourselves during yoga to resonate.

‍CACAO CEREMONY & MOVEMENT FLOW live violin w. Adél Porubská

Experience an evening full of movement and relaxation with a unique combination of a cacao ritual and a flowing creative vinyasa led by Adél. First, you will immerse yourself in a cacao ritual that will open you to gentle tones and tranquility, offering you a moment of pause and inner awareness. Afterwards, Adél will guide you through her creative sequence. This experience will be enhanced by live violin music performed by Ven.
