About the event

Srdečně Vás zveme na náš jarní jógový retreat, který bude plný překvapení a společné flow. První dubnový víkend si užijeme v krásných prostorách Kouzelné Samoty nedaleko Prahy. Těšit se můžete na kreativní jógovou praxi v zimní zahradě pod vedením zakladatelky Yoga Movement Adél Porubské. Tým doplní naše oblíbená lektorka Daniela Bacíková, která sebou přiveze vonné essence a připraví si pro Vás lekci Yoga & Essence Yin. A protože máme rádi přírodní kosmetiku, čeká Vás workshop, kde se naučíte tipy a triky jak na správnou skincare za pomocí bylinné kosmetiky Inlight. Své znalosti Vám předá Kristýna Hrdličková. Po celý víkend Vás čeká spoustu dobrého jídla, které pro Vás vykouzlí Veronika Hlaváčková a Kateřina Koňaříková. Tento retreat je vytvořený tak, aby jste pro sebe měli dostatek prostoru, proto je kapacita omezena pouze na 12 míst.
