Yoga for Kids and Adults In a safe and playful environment, children and adults will explore simple yoga poses together, combining them with storytelling, imagination, and movement. The lessons will naturally incorporate elements that support emotional awareness, the expression of feelings, breathing, and playful work with speech, which gently develops speech therapy skills. The lessons emphasize spontaneity, the joy of movement, and respect for each child’s individual pace. It’s not about perfecting the poses, but about the experience, sharing, and strengthening the parent-child bond. *We practice in a small group, which allows me to give everyone more individualized attention and create an environment where you’ll feel seen and safe.
