Deep Spring Reset 🌿 vinyasa • breath • deep reset Treat yourself to 2.5 hours that will bring you back into your body, slow down your mind, and help release accumulated stress. We’ll start with energizing vinyasa—a fluid and mindful practice that awakens the body, gets the energy flowing, and connects movement with breath. It’s not about performance, but about awareness, flow, and returning to yourself. We will gradually transition into mindful breathwork, which will help calm the nervous system and release tension and emotions stored in the body. Finally, we’ll dive into deep rest through restorative yoga and guided meditation / yoga nidra, complemented by gentle sound vibrations. A space where you can completely let go of control and allow your body to regenerate. ✨ What will you feel after the practice?: • release of stress and tension • Slowing down and calming the mind • Deeper awareness of the body and breath • A sense of lightness and inner balance A dynamic practice that will awaken you—and deep rest that will truly rejuvenate you.
