Deep Spring Reset: Vinyasa — Breath — Deep Reset


Treat yourself to 2.5 hours that will help you reconnect with your body, slow down your mind, and release built-up stress.
We’ll start with an energizing vinyasa— a fluid and mindful practice that awakens the body, gets the energy flowing, and connects movement with breath. It’s not about performance, but about awareness, flow, and reconnecting with yourself.
We will gradually move on to conscious breathing exercises, which will help calm the nervous system and release tension and emotions stored in the body.
To conclude, we’ll immerse ourselves in deep relaxation through restorative yoga and guided meditation / yoga nidra, accompanied by gentle sound vibrations. A space where you can completely let go of control and allow your body to regenerate.
