Flexibility & contortion — splits | ropes and splits

A flexibility workshop based on anatomy and proper stretching technique. This workshop will help you gain the flexibility and technique needed for splits and splits with an explanation of the anatomy of each exercise/drill. The workshop is designed for intermediate and advanced students who are ready to take their flexibility to the next level. We will explore different variations of oversplits and exercises for active flexibility, building strength, and improving technique for maximum flexibility progress. Prerequisites: Your splits should be less than 15 cm above the ground. If you feel that your flexibility has not improved over a long period of time, then this workshop is for you! The capacity of the lesson is limited to ensure an individual approach for each student.
