Yoga & Sound healing


Every movement connects, every tone heals.
First, we will focus on yoga, which prepares the body and mind for deep relaxation. Gentle and fluid poses stretch the muscles, release tension, and stimulate energy in the body. Breathing will be your guide. And what about chaturanga? That will be included too. Strength in yoga practice increases the resilience of the body and mind in yoga outside the mat.
Body movement, sound vibrations, calm mind.
We will then focus on sound healing relaxation. Sound and vibrations will gently permeate the body and dissolve any remaining tension. Because the body will already be open and relaxed, nothing will disturb the natural process of rest—back pain, stiff muscles, or tension will not interfere with deep relaxation. A calm heart, a calm soul. We will also focus on connecting the body and mind – every movement connects, every tone heals, the breath blends with the vibrations, and space is created for introspection, balance, and energy renewal. The body transitions from activation to regeneration, blood circulation improves, blocks are released, and a feeling of lightness, harmony, and inner peace arises.

Who sound healing is not suitable for:
Sound relaxation is not recommended for people with acute mental disorders, epilepsy, or significant sensitivity to loud noises. Pregnant women should consult their doctor before attending the workshop.
