Yin Yoga Bath

3-hour Yin Yoga bath
My dear friends,
, I cordially invite you to the first 3-hour Yin Yoga bath of the new year.
According to traditional Chinese medicine, the main organ in January is the bladder, which is associated with the element of water, linked to winter and the emotions of fear and anxiety. However, the kidneys are also often mentioned, because winter (and therefore January) is their key period for regeneration and preservation of innate energy, and the kidneys work closely with the bladder. During this period, it is important to rest, stay warm, and eat foods that support this element, such as broths, legumes, and root vegetables.
In Yin Yoga, we focus on the kidneys with longer holds in poses that are mostly forward bends and backbends,
we release tension through deep and conscious breathing, and we allow ourselves to completely relax and recharge our energy in Shavasana.
I look forward to seeing you,
With love,
Pája
