Yin Yoga Bath
Summer Yin Yoga Retreat Join us for a summer Yin Yoga class focused on releasing tension through rotations, with an emphasis on the liver and gallbladder meridians; we’ll also gently stimulate the hips and pelvic area. During this extended session, we’ll give ourselves space and direct our full attention inward. Through breathing exercises and individual Yin Yoga poses in the studio’s beautiful setting, we’ll connect with our feelings, desires, and intentions in peace and harmony. Yin yoga works on the fascia—the connective tissues of our body—which is why we hold each pose for an extended period, seeking relaxation, a calm mind, and regeneration.
