Yin Yoga Bath
3 hours of deep relaxation and meditation in the poses of the fascinating Yin Yoga
After an introductory Pranayama (breathing exercise) , we’ll dive into the depths of our connective tissues and fascia to release blockages and unprocessed energy.
The focus of this fall class will be the heart. Love.
The heart and lung meridians, the chest, the upper half of the body, our—sometimes hunched—back, and the cervical spine. We’ll hold the relaxation poses for longer than in regular classes, giving us plenty of time and space to explore ourselves. From the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine, November is associated with the lungs. During this time, we can strengthen them by avoiding extreme temperature fluctuations, cooling foods, and unresolved emotions such as sadness and melancholy. In this class, we’ll discover how to find the harmony that’s ideal for each of us.
At the end, accompanied by relaxing music and a gentle aromatherapy neck massage , deeply buried emotions may be released, so let’s not hold back a tear or two now and then ♡.
I'm really looking forward to meeting you,
with love
