Yin Yoga Bath
A Sunday Yin Yoga session where, over the course of three full hours, we’ll relax through poses that work on the fascia (connective tissue), with a focus on breathing exercises, relaxation, and consciously nurturing our bodies through the power of the mind.
December marks the closing of cycles, both in nature and within our bodies. In traditional Chinese medicine, this month is associated with the large intestine.
The large intestine, as the organ responsible for completing the digestive process and eliminating waste, symbolizes the need to bring closure to what we have begun. It is a time when we can let go of what we no longer need and make room for new beginnings.
In this gentle three-hour journey , we’ll explore what truly resonates with our inner state—what it’s time to let go of and stop carrying with us.
We recommend wearing warm, soft, comfortable clothing, and eating a light meal and drinking plenty of fluids on the day of the class.
I am sincerely looking forward to meeting you,
with love
