At this Advent workshop, we will immerse ourselves in the practice of yoga nidra—conscious sleep that brings deep regeneration of the body and mind.
This time, the theme will be closing the circle, releasing tension, and letting go of everything that no longer needs to be carried.
Imagine a space lit by candles, scented with palosanto, and a calm that lets you just be.
What to expect:
—breathing and somatic exercises for stress relief
—a short talk about yoga nidra and the power of rest
—a gentle introductory sequence to get your energy flowing
—45-minute Yoga Nidra practice – conscious yogic sleep between dreaming and waking
— sharing tea and cookies at the end
The workshop is open to everyone, no yoga experience is necessary.
