Yin Bath on Sunday, April 12

We’ll kick off the spring month of April with another three-hour Sunday Yin Yoga session, which will guide us into the depths of our focus, mindfulness, and self-care. Nature is awakening, and with it, our bodies are recharging after winter. From the perspective of Chinese medicine, April is associated with the liver and sometimes a feeling of low energy; Yin Yoga helps release tension and eliminate toxins from the body. Yin Yoga brings deep relaxation, clears the mind, improves flexibility, and unblocks the flow of energy (Qi) in the body. We’ll hold each pose for an extended period; using bolsters, yoga blocks, and blankets, we’ll create maximum comfort for complete relaxation in each pose. I recommend wearing warmer clothing, and on the day of the workshop, eating a lighter meal and staying well-hydrated. If you’re unsure whether the class is suitable for your current condition, please feel free to message me and we’ll discuss everything. I look forward to seeing you there, Pája
