Sunday Yin Spa

I cordially invite you to another Sunday Yin Yoga session. Our goal will be to harmonize the energy in the body and revitalize the connective tissue surrounding muscles and organs—i.e., tendons, ligaments, and fascia—which lose elasticity and shorten over time, but also when they are not sufficiently nourished.
Connective tissue benefits from slow and conscious exertion, which is precisely what Yin Yoga provides.
By working in the realms of deep connection and relaxation, it also brings great relief in terms of emotions. So don't hold back from tears or smiles during the lesson.
According to traditional Chinese medicine, the lungs are the busiest and most weakened organ in autumn.
— In TCM, the lungs are seen as a fragile organ that does not tolerate extremes such as cold and heat.
— The lungs are the main organ responsible for energy exchange in the body and control its movement.
— The lungs control the body's energy through breathing, creating and renewing it.
— Strong and healthy lungs also act as a shield protecting the body from respiratory diseases in particular.
— The lungs are paired with the large intestine. The condition of these organs is often reflected in the condition of the skin, with which they are connected according to Chinese medicine.
This lesson is dedicated to the energy of the lung meridian. The lesson will be complemented by introductory pranayama, and during the final relaxation in shavasana, we will treat ourselves to a gentle neck massage accompanied by aromatherapy.
I look forward to seeing you,
Pája
