Sunday Yin Spa

I invite you to another magical Sunday Yin Yoga session, where we will spend three full hours relaxing through yoga poses that work on the fascia (connective tissue), focusing on breathing exercises, relaxation, but also consciously caring for our bodies using the power of the mind.
December marks the end of cycles, both in nature and in our bodies. In traditional Chinese medicine, this month is associated with the large intestine.
The large intestine, as the organ responsible for completing the process of digestion and excretion of waste, symbolizes the need to conclude what we have started. It is a time when we can release what we no longer need and make room for new beginnings.
In this gentle three-hour journey, we will explore what truly resonates with our inner selves, what is okay to let go of and no longer carry with us.
Warm, soft, comfortable clothing is recommended, as well as a light meal and plenty of fluids on the day of the lesson.
I am sincerely looking forward to meeting you,
Pája
