Open: A Practical Flexibility Workshop We don’t create flexibility in the body; we return to flexibility because it is natural to our bodies. And this workshop will show you how. Over the course of two hours, we’ll explore the principles of flexibility in the spine, shoulders, and legs, with an emphasis on backbends. We’ll combine theory with practice. You’ll understand how to truly develop flexibility, why some approaches work and others don’t, and how to work with it in a healthy and sustainable way. You’ll leave the workshop with specific techniques and sequences that you can start using the very next day, helping you discover more strength, control, freedom, and openness in your body. The workshop is suitable for all levels.
