Open: A Practical Flexibility Workshop


About the event
We don’t create flexibility in our bodies; we return to flexibility because it’s natural for our bodies. And this workshop will show you how.
Over the course of two hours, we’ll explore the principles of flexibility in the spine, shoulders, and legs, with a focus on backbends. We’ll combine theory with practice. You’ll learn how to truly develop flexibility, why some approaches work and others don’t , and how to work on it in a healthy and sustainable way.
You’ll leave the workshop with specific techniques and sequences that you can start using the very next day, helping you discover more strength, control, freedom, and openness in your body.
The workshop is suitable for all skill levels.
