Sound Journey to Reset


Is your body constantly tense, on edge, and under constant strain? Do you feel like your mind and nervous system deserve a chance to slow down and take a breather? If you feel like your body is under a lot of pressure and stress.

We’ll start the session with a short somatic exercise to help your body release tension and shift from performance mode to recovery mode. Then you’ll settle in comfortably and let yourself be carried away by the vibrations of healing musical instruments.
This event is an invitation to deep relaxation, calming of the nervous system, and replenishment of energy through gentle but effective work with sound.
Sound waves penetrate the body down to the cellular level. Through resonance, they help harmonize the body and restore its balance. This creates a literal “sound massage” for the body, which can alleviate stress and anxiety, release tension, and promote concentration and creativity, among many other benefits.
