We met this summer at a Rocket Teacher Training in Bali — two vinyasa teachers who stepped into Rocket out of curiosity and left completely hooked. Not just because of the sequence, but because of the energy. The freedom. The community. Now we’re bringing that vibe to Yoga Movement Prague.

A dynamic, intelligently structured sequence that keeps you moving, thinking, and exploring. Rocket breaks the rules a little. It keeps the roots of tradition but invites you to make the practice your own. To try. To fall. To laugh. To surprise yourself.
Expect moments of challenge, some arm balances, and steady strength-building — all within a shared flow where the room’s energy supports you and the breath connects everyone.

Handstand Workshop with Emi
This workshop offers a safe and progressive approach to handstands, suitable for all levels. Whether you are new to inversions or looking to refine your practice, you will find accessible options and challenges.
We will focus on the key foundations of handstand practice:
— alignment of hands, shoulders, and core
— shoulder and wrist mobility
— core engagement and full-body stability
The practice will include:
— step-by-step preparation for handstands
— work with the wall and in free space
— different entries and controlled exits
Handstand practice is not only about strength or balance. It is a powerful tool for building body awareness, confidence, and focus. Turning upside down challenges both the body and the mind, helping you develop patience, courage, and trust in yourself.
The workshop is open level, with modifications and progressions provided throughout, allowing each participant to work at their own pace and level of experience
The workshop will last 2 hours, offering enough time for thorough preparation, exploration, and integration, with space for rest, questions, and mindful practice.
